What is the Star Shuffle?
The annual Star Shuffle run is Greenland’s largest fundraiser of the year. All Greenland students (Stars) will run as many laps as possible around a track in the grass of Greenland’s playground. Stars can get donations from friends, neighbors, businesses, or family to support the Greenland PTO activities

How is it different from last years fun run?
Greenland PTO worked with an outside company last year to organize, plan and run the fun run events. It was a great experience for all, and the community asked to do another fun run this year. The PTO decided that in order to best support the Greenland School, they would take on the responsibilities of running this years event, the first annual Greenland Star Shuffle.
Our great sponsors are covering the cost for all the fun run expenses so that means that 100% of the donations you raise go back into your school!

Why are we raising money?
Your support allows the PTO to fund the many amazing events for our Greenland Community. From Greenland Games at schools end to the Carnival and even movie nights are funded via the Greenland PTO. In addition to just the events you can enjoy, the PTO provides your teachers and staff with grants to help continue to make our school GREAT. Last year the Greenland PTO was able to offer over $5000 in grants to the teachers at Greenland for improving the classroom experience for our students.

How do i get donations?
It is easy to get pledges just send out this link to your friends and family so they can easily make their donation. It only takes minutes to get a pledge online or use the form on the front of the donation envelope provided. All donations and forms are due the day of the event, Friday October 11th, 2019. Thanks to the Oconomowoc school district all donations made online 100% of the amount pledge comes straight to the school!
All students and staff will be receiving a 2019 Star Shuffle shirt to wear the day of the event.
What is the goal?
Our goal for a school is to raise $20,000. That means that each student only needs to get about $55 of donations. Last year’s fun run raised just over $12,000 but we know this year we can top that!

When is the Star Shuffle?
All parents are invited to come and cheer on your children during this event! We will also be looking for volunteers to help run stations so keep your eyes open for a signup genius coming soon.
The 1st Annual Star Shuffle was on OCTOBER 11TH, 2019!!
The morning 4k class will run at 10:30 am
Afternoon 4k - 4th Grade will run at 2:30 pm
